Lake Campus enrollment is approximately 1200 students
The Annual Laker Lawn Party (formerly known as the Campus-Community Connection Fair) will be hosted at Wright State University - Lake Campus. This event offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity for local companies/businesses/organizations to interact with
students and showcase their brand, services, fashions, sounds, technology, products, and tastes. Featuring two fun hours of friends, food, and free stuff, the Campus-Community Connection Fair is a much-anticipated event and we hope it will be a huge hit with
the entire Laker community!
For the 2024 event, there is no vendor participation fee, and therefore, vendors are responsible for bringing ALL of their own supplies. In the future, fees may be assessed as sponsorship opportunities. For simplification purposes, all 'external'
participants (businesses/organizations) will be referred to as 'vendors' in this form.
Deadline to register as a vendor is Monday, August 26, 2024 at 5:00pm.
Vendors May Bring:
A maximum 8' table (folding tables recommended)
Foldable chairs for booth staff
A pop-up tent (must be secured; not permitted in rain location)
Printed materials (paperweights recommended), giveaways, product samples, applications, table cover, etc., Carts, dollies, etc. (not provided by WSU-LC)
*Electricity access will NOT be available in the lawn location*
Vendors Receive:
A lawn space along the parking lot-to-campus path, un-designated, provided on a first-come, first-served basis. (Rain location will offer a space, but no large displays can be utilized; vendor must still provide their own table/supplies) 1
Complimentary Parking Space (no permit needed), available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not arrive prior to 10am on the date of the event. Direct access to nearly 1200 Wright State Students, Faculty
and Staff. Ability to distribute sample products, services, employment positions, and an option to conduct on-site sales. A chance to build brand awareness and relationships with current and future consumers, employees, volunteers. *Tables/chairs not provided*
